Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get discounts on multiple items?
Add at least 2 full-price items to your cart: a 10% discount will be applied automatically. With 3 or more items, the discount increases to 15%. No code is required. The items can be any combination of the following: jeans, shirts, joggers, chinos, cargo pants, sweaters, and sweatshirts.
Sale items do not count toward these thresholds and are not eligible for additional discounts.
How do I earn points?
Create an account to receive 100 points. You'll then earn 1 point for every euro spent on each paid order, as well as 20 points for following VertigeTall on Instagram.
How do I convert my points into euros?
From your rewards page (the "Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen), redeem 100 points for €5, 200 points for €10, or 400 points for €20. Your discount code will also be sent to you by email.
How do I refer a friend?
Log in, open your rewards page and share your personal link. Your friend creates an account and gets €10 on €80 or more of full-price items. Once they've placed their order, you'll receive a €10 coupon on the same terms.
Can you combine the benefits?
No: Discounts on multiple items, loyalty coupons, and referral coupons cannot be combined. Only one discount applies per order. However, you continue to earn points on your paid orders, even when a discount is applied.
Items on sale are not eligible for any additional discounts: their sale price is the final price.
Do rewards have an expiration date?
Discount coupons—including loyalty and referral coupons—are valid for 12 months after they are issued. Your points do not currently have an expiration date.
