How do I choose my size?
Our Size Guide helps you choose the right size for each product. Each product page also lists the fit, lengths, and any special features of the item.
I'm between two sizes.
We generally recommend choosing the next size up for optimal comfort. If a particular style runs differently, this information is listed directly on its product page.
Are your clothes really designed for tall men?
Yes. Our clothing isn't simply made longer. The sleeves, legs, busts, proportions, and silhouettes are specifically designed for tall and very tall men, up to about 2.20 m.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major secure payment methods offered by Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal when available.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed by reputable payment service providers. VertigeTall never has access to your banking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Our shipping network will continue to expand gradually.
What are the delivery times?

Do I have to pay customs duties?
No. All our international shipments are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. VertigeTall covers all applicable customs duties and taxes. The price displayed when you place your order is the final price you pay.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order until it's delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The request must be submitted in writing through our website. The product must be new, unworn, and returned with all its original tags.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will exchange it for a different size or style, depending on your request and availability.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Where are your clothes made?
We work with workshops selected for their expertise and closely monitor the development of each model to ensure a high level of quality.
How do I care for my clothes?
Care instructions are listed on each product page as well as on the garment's label. We generally recommend washing at 30°C to help preserve the fabrics and silhouettes over time.
