Shipping & Handling
We offer standard shipping once your cart total reaches the threshold for your region: €80 in the European Union, £100 in the United Kingdom, $150 in the United States, 195 CAD in Canada, and 149 CHF in Switzerland.
For orders below this threshold, a standard flat-rate shipping fee applies (€7.90 in the EU, £14 in the United Kingdom, $15 in the United States, 19 CAD in Canada, 19 CHF in Switzerland); this fee is displayed at checkout, before you confirm your payment.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with consumer protection regulations (including the Consumer Code in Europe and the United Kingdom), you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
This period begins on the day you—or a third party you have designated—physically receive the last item in your order.
Conditions for Returned Items
To validly exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in a condition that allows for its immediate resale. Any testing of the item must be limited to what would be considered acceptable in a physical store.
- Returned, if possible, in its original packaging and with its labels attached.
- Has not been worn for an extended period of time, used, washed, or damaged.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
We reserve the right to apply a deduction to the refund in the event of depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Items Excluded from the Right of Return
Given the nature of our products, certain items of clothing cannot legally be returned or subject to a right of withdrawal:
Return Policy & Flat-Rate Fees
In order to limit the environmental impact of logistics operations and discourage repeated impulse purchases, a flat-rate processing fee applies to returns.
Exception: This fee will be fully covered if the item you received is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly packed by us.

Keep track of itPlease keep your proof of shipment (tracking number) until your refund has been fully processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved—or denied, with an explanation.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. We may delay the refund until we receive the item or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever comes first.
- The total includes the price of the item and the initial standard shipping charges (if paid).
- Express and priority options are non-refundable.
- The flat-rate fee of €7.00 is deducted from the total.

Exchanges
We will only replace an item under our standard return policy if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. For any requests for a technical exchange, please contact us at contact@vertigetall.com.
If you'd like a different color, size, or style, the quickest way is to return the item as usual and then place a new order on your own through the online store.
Defective Products & Legal Warranties
For our customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, in addition to any commercial warranty, you are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
